COURSE OBJECTIVES

The Ice-Cream Maker Professional Training Course suits apprentices who are driven by a great passion for the Ice-Cream universe, and who intend to acquire the theoretical knowledge and practical skills characterizing the Italian Gelati traditions.

LEARNING PHASE

The Course is composed of6 weekly theoretical and practical modules, to be studied comfortably from home through an e-learning platform, through slides and live video clips that show step by step how to become a professional Ice-Cream Maker. Verification tests are scheduled at the end of each module, as well as a final online exam and a practical lab training/workshop, held by the teacher Mr. Salvo Leanza, a multidisciplinary and creative veryexperienced Chef.
